I am now cooking all of of my own meals and this knife has been perfect for all of my needs for cutting in the kitchen. It is so sharp, easily cuts anything and is comfortable to hold. The weight is perfect. I can chop, dice, mince and peel easily. I highly recommend this knife for all your needs, it’s very versatile. I take extra care to wash it and dry it immediately after using it, never put it in the dishwasher. It is sturdy and durable, I definitely see this knife lasting a very long time.

It looks sharp and worked well for a month with light usage. Then it could not cut meat any more. Have to sharpen frequently.
Update: the customer support is excellent. I was told that the knife was defective, and offered a replacement quickly.
